Shipping policy
Order Processing:
- Sticker orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days.
- Handmade clay items are created to order and typically require up to 2 weeks for creation and processing before shipment.
- If your order contains both stickers and handmade clay items, everything will ship together once your clay items are ready.
Delivery Times:
- The delivery times listed at checkout apply after your order has been made and handed over to the carrier.
- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, and unforeseen delays outside of our control.
Returns: At this time, we do not accept returns and all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation.
Shipping Issues: We take great care in packaging every order. Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
Customs, Duties, and International Charges: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees levied by the destination country. Unless otherwise noted at checkout, these fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
