Order Processing: Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days for sticker items, and within 3 to 5 business days for non-sticker items.
Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, and unforeseen delays outside of our control.
Order Tracking: We offer an affordable untracked letter mail option for flat items that fit within standard envelope size and weight limits. If you prefer tracking, a tracked shipping option is available at checkout.
Returns: At this time, we do not accept returns and all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation.
Shipping Issues: We take great care in packaging every order. Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
Customs, Duties, and International Charges: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or international charges that may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
